A 61-year-old man presented with headache, seizures, behavioral changes and lethargy. He first noted a new type of headache about 6 months ago. He has several dark skin lesions and is undergoing tests for malignant melanoma. Chest x-ray was normal. When he dies in a car accident, his brain has the appearance shown. What is the most likely diagnosis?
